Sarah Stasukewicz

Sarah Stasukewicz is the new hired CEO of the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce and a passionate historian. She was born in North Riverside as the only child of Tracy and Tim Stasukewicz and moved to Palos Hills when she was seven. She has a master’s degree in history from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree from North Central College in Naperville. She lives with her two dogs, Tundra, a husky, and Kahlua, a Jack Russell. 

Sarah joined the Village of Orland Park in 2017 as the Curator of the Village’s history museum at 14415 S. Beacon Avenue. She had previously worked at other museums, such as Naper Settlement and Downers Grove Museum. As the Curator, she managed the museum and village-owned historical properties, including the Humphrey House and Stellwagen Farm. She also handled new acquisitions, created exhibitions, answered research inquiries, and developed various programs. 

Sarah took the position of CEO with the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce to pursue her career in non-profits and to continue working with the Orland Park community. She is eager to start her new role and to make many connections.
